Snapic.ai — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Snapic.ai, you confirm that you accept and will comply with these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of any material changes via email or on the Service itself. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. Accounts belonging to minors may be terminated at our discretion.

4. Content Guidelines & Filtering

Snapic.ai automatically filters and blocks Not Safe For Work (NSFW) or otherwise restricted content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit material
• Graphic violence or gore
• Nudity
• Content promoting hate, harassment, or illegal activity

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All generated content is screened for NSFW and restricted content.
• Outputs flagged as NSFW or otherwise prohibited will be filtered and not delivered.
• No credits, refunds, or re-generations will be issued for such filtered content.
• Repeated attempts to generate NSFW or abusive content may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
• Snapic reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any content violates these standards.

5. User Accounts

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity. If we suspect unauthorized or illicit activity, we may suspend or terminate your account promptly.

6. User Content & Ownership

Inputs: You retain full ownership of original text, images, or prompts you upload.

Outputs: You own your generated content and may use it for personal or commercial purposes—unless otherwise restricted by law.

License to Snapic: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your Inputs and Outputs to operate and improve the Service, moderate content, comply with legal obligations, and provide support. This license terminates when your content is deleted or your account is closed.

7. Image License to Snapic

To the extent permitted by law, Snapic is granted a worldwide, perpetual license to use anonymous, aggregated Outputs for improving the system, training models, marketing, or research.

8. Restrictions

You must not:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Generate unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Use the Service for impersonation, deepfakes without consent, political manipulation, or anything unethical.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass usage limits or filters.

9. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; fees are billed in advance.

Pricing Changes: We may adjust pricing/plans. Any changes will take effect next billing cycle with advance notice when required by law or card network rules.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

No Refunds: Paid fees are non-refundable unless legally required.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

You can cancel anytime through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

11. Privacy & Data Use

We collect, store, and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Outputs and Inputs are anonymous and used to improve our AI models and services. We won't sell your personal data.

12. Community Standards

Your use of Snapic must comply with our community guidance, prohibiting hateful, harassing, or misleading content. Violations may result in removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may link to third-party tools or resources. Snapic is not responsible for their content or reliability.

14. Modification or Termination of Service

We may modify, pause, or suspend portions of the Service at any time. We won't be liable for any unavailability or changes.

15. Warranty Disclaimer

WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Use at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPIC'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:

• Fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim; OR
• US $100

Snapic is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Huture AI, LLC, our affiliates, and agents from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

18. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Sheridan County, WY. You and Snapic waive rights to jury or class-action suits.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement. If a provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement. Headings are for reference only.
