Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Snapic, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by other means when required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Accounts believed to be associated with minors may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

4. Content Guidelines & Filtering

Snapic.ai automatically filters and blocks Not Safe For Work (NSFW) or otherwise restricted content, including but not limited to sexually explicit material, graphic violence or gore, nudity, and content promoting hate, harassment, or illegal activity.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that all generated content is screened for restricted or prohibited content; outputs flagged as restricted or prohibited will not be delivered; no credits, refunds, or re-generations will be issued for filtered or blocked content; and repeated attempts to generate restricted or abusive content may result in suspension or permanent termination. Snapic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether any content violates these standards.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Snapic is not responsible for issues arising from:

• Forgotten or inaccessible email addresses
• Use of multiple email addresses
• Third-party payment providers (such as Apple Pay or Stripe Link)
• Failure to secure your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

6. User Content & Ownership

• Inputs: You retain ownership of text, images, or prompts you upload.

• Outputs: You own your generated content and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

• License to Snapic: You grant Snapic a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, maintain, improve, moderate, support, and comply with legal obligations related to the Service. This license terminates when your content is deleted or your account is closed, except where retention is required by law.

7. Image License

To the extent permitted by law, Snapic is granted a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use anonymous and aggregated Outputs for system improvement, model training, research, analytics, and marketing purposes. No personally identifiable information is used for these purposes.

8. Generated Content Disclaimer

Snapic provides AI-generated images and other content for entertainment and creative purposes only.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All content generated through the Service is synthetic, AI-generated content
• Generated content may resemble real individuals, fictional characters, or other recognizable appearances but may not accurately represent any real person
• Snapic does not claim, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, identity, authenticity, or characteristics of any generated content
• Generated content does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or approval by any individual, brand, or entity
• You are solely responsible for how you use, share, publish, or represent generated content

You agree not to use the Service or generated content to:

• Impersonate any real individual
• Mislead others into believing generated content is real, authentic, or endorsed
• Violate any applicable right of publicity, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights

Snapic disclaims all liability arising from the use or misuse of generated content.

9. Restrictions

You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Generate unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content
• Use the Service for impersonation, non-consensual deepfakes, political manipulation, or deceptive practices
• Represent AI-generated images as real photographs or claim they depict actual events or endorsements
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass safeguards, filters, or usage limits

10. Subscriptions & Billing

10.1 Subscription Authorization

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize Snapic to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the disclosed rate and billing interval until cancelled.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and any trial or introductory offers are clearly disclosed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

By completing checkout (including via Apple Pay, Stripe Link, or card payment), you acknowledge that:

• You reviewed and understood the pricing and billing terms
• You understand that charges will recur automatically
• You agree to these Terms and the recurring billing arrangement

10.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

10.3 Pricing Changes

We may modify subscription plans or pricing. Any changes will take effect in the next billing cycle, with advance notice when required by law or card network rules.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

11.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Through your account settings; or
• By contacting support via the contact form available at https://www.snapic.ai

Cancellation requests submitted through the contact form are processed as soon as reasonably practicable. Charges incurred prior to cancellation confirmation remain your responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation is processed.

11.2 Refunds

All fees for paid services are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Snapic may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund or credit does not constitute an admission of fault, liability, or wrongdoing and does not waive Snapic’s right to enforce these Terms in the future.

Charges are based on access to the Service, not actual usage. Failure to use the Service does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Privacy & Data Use

We collect, store, and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. Inputs and Outputs may be used in anonymized form to improve the Service.

13. Community Standards

Use of the Service must comply with community standards prohibiting hateful, harassing, misleading, or abusive content. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party tools. Snapic is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or functionality.

15. Modification or Termination of Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

16. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPIC’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• Fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim, or
• US $100

IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPIC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huture AI LLC, its affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

19. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

20. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapicAI. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement.
